Session Details:
The session fee is the only payment due at the time of booking. This fee covers the use of props, setup, and my time and creativity as your photographer. Please note that digitals and printed products are not included in the session fee and are purchased separately.
These sessions are ideal for immediate families, children, maternity, or intimate shoots with up to 4-6 members. Mini sessions are not suitable for extended families, newborn sessions, or cake smashes.
To make the most of your 10-15 min session, timeliness is essential. Arriving late may result in reduced session time, fewer poses, and fewer images in your final gallery. Please arrive a few minutes early, fully dressed and ready to begin.
The setup and style of your session will align closely with the examples in this guide, providing you with a clear idea of what to expect. I work with a specific workflow to ensure we capture a mix of posed and candid moments efficiently. Requests for additional poses outside the session scope are not guaranteed.
Session Location:
Sessions will take place at a location approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour northwest of Spring, TX. The exact address will be provided via email 1 day before your session. Please check your inbox and spam folder to ensure you receive all the important details.
Weather and natural conditions, like flower blooms or lighting, may occasionally require adjustments to the date, time, or location of your session. I strive to provide the best setting possible and appreciate your flexibility if rescheduling is necessary.
After Your Session:
Within 7-14 days following your session, we will meet either in person at my in-home studio or virtually over Google Meet to review your soft-proofed images. During this meeting, you will select your favorites and place your order for digitals or printed products.
Editing begins once payment for your selected products has been received. After you approve your final edits, your products will be ordered. Once your products arrive and pass a final quality inspection, we will arrange a convenient time for pick-up or delivery.
